Helina’s interests are being creative and making things and hanging out with alpacas.

Charlies interests are volunteering, performing arts and he loves dogs. He has been a member of Tramshed for many years and enjoys supporting young people aged 8-12 years. At Sam’s Place Charlie volunteers at the social sessions supporting the young people aged 15+ and he has taken on the role as Musical Director at events when Sam’s Singers perform.

Suzanne, lives for her family and friends and has a love for animals especially her own labradoodle called Bisto. Suzanne also enjoys reading, watching Disney films and eating out.

Lesley is a retired grandmother. She likes nothing more than spending time helping at Sam's Place in a variety of ways. She says there is so much to learn from these young people who have some amazing talents.

Mary is a mum of a young adult attending Sam's Place and is an integral part of the team of volunteers. She especially enjoys the music and bingo with the young people.

Wendy is a retired nurse but now works at Citizens Advice as an Illness Prevention Link Worker. Wendy’s interests include live music events, holistic health including Reiki and Indian Head Massage, reading and self directed study.

Dominik loves gaming, cooking and helping others. Since starting to volunteer at Sam’s Place, Dominik has noticed that his self confidence has improved.

Claire loves animals and goes on lots of adventures with her two golden retrievers Buddy and Maggie. She enjoys anything crafty especially knotting and crocheting. Claire loves music and is currently learning to play the piano.
